1) The Department of Mathematics of K.R.K.Govt. DegreeCollege, Addanki organize Birthday celebration of Srinivasa Ramanujan as National Mathematics Day on 22nd December every year. In this practice, we create awareness about importance of Mathematics and contribution of great mathematicians to Mathematics among the students.
2) The staff of Department of Mathematics deliver lectures on Analytical Skills as Life Skill Course in 3rd Semester every year. It helps the students to improve arithmetical ability, logical thinking and competitiveness.
3) The Department of Mathematics award cash prizes Rs.1000 for the topper students in each paper in all the Semester end examinations during the college anniversary celebrations every year, in order to encourage the students towards active learning.
